Ok so let's talk breakfast.... I am pretty easy I like eggs, and oatmeal. I am not one of those people who can eat a little health bar and be good until lunch! I like to eat something that is going to hold me over something that is healthy and good for my body. This is one of my go to breakfast, oatmeal made with almond milk, natural peanut butter and a banana sliced in it. This is so yummy and fills me up.
